What are your delivery options?
Our products are delivered by parcel couriers.
You will receive an email from us when the product is despatched.
The package will usually be delivered in 2 - 5 days (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods)
Large products, but those that do not need specialist handling will be sent by courier used to handling these large products.
You will recieve an email from us witha tracking number when the product is despatched.
The package will usually be delivered 2-5 days.
Two Man Deliveries
The largest and heaviest items such furniture and beds will be delivered by spesial service.
The package will usually be delivered 4-10 working days.
When your products is ready, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a delivery by our logistics company.
How do I return an item?
How to return a product
Please contact us via the messaging service if you wish to return an item stating your order number and reason for return. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours but please allow a little longer at weekends.
You have 14 calendar days to return an unwanted product from the date you received it for a full refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted product back to us.
Please ensure all unwanted products are in their orignal retail packaging and any seals or tags are unbroken.
Please do not accept or sign for an item which is visibly damaged.
If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible.
We will send a replacement as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we must be advised within 7 days upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
